This book can be so helpful to so many! If you’re like me, you can find yourself in moods that make it seem impossible to exercise. This book gives you a channel for your feelings. There are even foods to match your mood and exercise. Rupa Mehta approach mixes in a bit of eastern philosophy and food choices without sounding preachy.
The Stress Workout comes with the mantra to Shut up sit and smile and the hated but fantastic wall squats! She makes things fun and lite. A great way to mix up the usual boring routines.
I have actually taken this book apart, so the pages lay flat during a workout. Printing in spiral bound would have been helpful. The images are high quality for showing the move. And the foods are simple to get and cook.
